Return, Shipping, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We appreciate you shopping with cgahaircare.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Also, if you made your purchase through retailers, we are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through them.

Defective or Damaged Products

You can return a defective or damaged products to cgahaircare.com after contacting us at cgahaircare@gmail.com. We would appreciate it if you submitted photo images of the defective or damaged product as well.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our store if it has not been packed for shipping.

Package Tracking/Not Deliver/lost or Stolen

When completing an order, it is a must to kindly provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, CGA Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Shipping Time

All CGA orders have at least 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
